The representative helping me was polite and very helpful. She answered all my questions effectively and then showed me an example of the unit I would be renting. The whole process was pleasant and welcoming. A few days after, I recieved a phone call to ask of I was satisfied and if I had any questions. I would recommend Mini Mall Storage.

The unit I rented was found to be in a clean and well maintained condition. The grounds were in good shape with a proper security fence in place. The most important part of dealing with Mini Mall was the extremely helpful booking and office staff. My contact was Glenda and she couldn’t have been any more helpful and perceptive. All round great service!
